What are you flying blind on?

Pick what sounds like you. The point is to name the numbers you wish you had.

What we build

Six kinds of dashboards and reports

From one focused view to a full operating picture of the business — sized to what your business actually needs.

Sales & Lead Dashboards

See where leads come from, how fast they're followed up, and which ones become revenue — in one place, updated automatically.

  • Lead volume by source
  • Response time and follow-up rate
  • Conversion rates by channel
  • Revenue attribution

Marketing Dashboards

Every ad platform, every channel, every campaign — consolidated so you can see what's actually working and cut what isn't.

  • Ad spend by platform and campaign
  • Cost per lead and per acquisition
  • Google Business and local search performance
  • Social and content performance

Operations & KPI Dashboards

The numbers that run the business — bookings, cycle times, team output, inventory, and whatever else matters for your industry.

  • Booking and completion rates
  • Cycle and turnaround times
  • Team and shift performance
  • Inventory and capacity

Revenue & Financial Reporting

Revenue, margin, cash flow, and the handful of financial numbers that actually tell you how the business is doing this week.

  • Weekly / monthly revenue trends
  • Margin by product or service
  • Cash flow and AR aging
  • Budget vs actuals

Executive Briefs & Automated Reports

Short, readable summaries of the business that land in your inbox on a schedule — so you stop needing to pull reports to know how things are going.

  • Daily / weekly executive summaries
  • End-of-month business reviews
  • Alerts on KPIs that move
  • Board and investor updates

Custom Data Pipelines

When your data lives across tools that don't talk to each other, we build the plumbing that pulls it together — reliably and on a schedule.

  • CRM, ads, and accounting ingestion
  • Automated nightly syncs
  • Data warehouse setup
  • Clean, consistent business metrics

Real examples

What dashboards look like in your industry

A few practical pictures of the numbers that run businesses like yours.

Service businesses

Lead volume, response time, booked jobs, revenue per customer, and marketing ROI — in one view instead of five dashboards.

Retail & e-commerce

Sales by channel, inventory by SKU, cost per acquisition, and repeat-customer behavior — tied together across your store, site, and ads.

Medical & professional services

Appointment volume, utilization, no-show rate, payer mix, and revenue by provider or service line — surfaced on a weekly cadence.

Contractors & trades

Pipeline by stage, estimate-to-close rate, average job size, crew utilization, and margin by job type — the numbers that actually run the shop.

How it works

Three steps to the numbers you need.

No consulting theater. No giant BI project. We ship clear, useful dashboards that you'll actually open.

Define what matters

We cut through the noise. Not every metric matters — we focus on the handful of numbers that actually tell you how the business is doing.

Wire up the data

We pull data from the tools you already use, clean it, and make it consistent — so numbers from different systems finally agree.

Ship the dashboard

Clean, fast, mobile-friendly dashboards and email briefs — plus alerts when something important moves.

Questions

Common questions about dashboards and reporting

What tools do you build dashboards in?

Whichever fits. Often that's a custom dashboard built with modern web tools (fast, mobile-friendly, embeddable anywhere) — or Looker Studio, Metabase, Retool, or whatever already fits your stack. The dashboard is a means to an end; the point is the numbers being right.

How is this different from the dashboards inside our tools?

Individual tool dashboards show you only what one tool sees. The power is in combining them — what a lead from each ad source actually turned into, how many leads your website generated vs. your Google Business Profile, how marketing spend compares to booked revenue. That requires pulling data across tools.

What if our data is messy?

Most small businesses' data is messy. Part of the job is cleaning it — deduping customers, standardizing categories, reconciling systems that disagree. We handle it and document what we did so it stays clean.

How often is the data updated?

Depends on the metric. Operational dashboards usually refresh every few minutes or in real time. Financial and marketing reports typically refresh nightly. We choose the right cadence for each number so your systems aren't overloaded.

Can you also send weekly summary emails?

Yes. A short, readable email that lands every Monday is often more useful than a dashboard nobody opens. We build both — the detail view when you want to dig, and the summary when you just need to know the score.

Will the dashboard work on phones?

Yes. Every dashboard we build is mobile-friendly. If you look at numbers from your phone (and most owners do), the mobile view needs to be as useful as the desktop one.

Do you work with Las Vegas businesses?

Yes. We're based in Las Vegas, NV and Henderson, NV, and work with local businesses in person when it's useful. Most dashboard work is remote-friendly for businesses nationwide.
